Window Cleaning Technician

Learn a skilled trade. Start a career in the growing area of home service specialist.

This position involves the cleaning of windows located on the first and second levels of area homes and business. Lots of variety. Fun, interesting work. 

Pay starts at $10.00-$11.00 per hour depending on previous job experience. With our bonus program this can grow to $18.00 - $20.00 per hour or more with completion of advanced training. No previous window cleaning experience is required. The general requirements are: 

  • A reliable car or truck to work from

  • A valid drivers license and proof of insurance

  • A home or cellular phone

  • A smoke and drug free lifestyle

  • Professional grooming standards – it matters to our customers

  • The physical stamina to work outside year round in both the warmest and coldest periods

  • The ability or willingness to learn to do ladder work up 24ft

  • Basic math and reading skills

The technician’s position also requires the individual to:

  • be very responsible

  • work independently

  • show good judgment

Our training program will help you learn to do the following:

  • decide how jobs are most efficiently and safely preformed

  • paperwork, invoicing and collecting

  • personal time management

  • personal tool inventory and maintenance

Advanced responsibilities that are optional are :

  • job pricing

  • bidding

  • sales 

  • other expanded area of technical work such as water fed pole cleaning and ultra-sonic blind cleaning.
